amnord.com is run by Amnord Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at Plot No. Gen-4/1, 13th Floor, Building Q2, Aurum Q Parc, Thane Belapur Road, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai 400701, India (“we”, “us”). By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Using this website

This website gives general information about our company, products and research. You may read it, share it and link to it for any lawful purpose. You must not:

  • try to disrupt it, overload it, or gain unauthorised access to it or its servers;
  • copy it in bulk by automated means, or use automated tools to scrape it;
  • use it to send spam, malware or anything unlawful;

Our content and names

The text, design, artwork, logos and the names Amnord, Athnord and Shoot Gold belong to Amnord Technologies LLP or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the page. For any other use, such as reproducing an article or using our logo, write to us first.

Information only

What this website says about sport, research and athlete development is general information. It is not medical, health, coaching, legal, financial or anti-doping advice, and it does not create a professional relationship between you and us. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation. Descriptions of events, such as conferences, may change.

Our products

Athnord and Shoot Gold have their own terms, shown on their websites and in their apps. Those terms, not these, apply when you use a product.

We link to other websites, including our products’ websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Messages you send us

If you email or call us, we use what you tell us as described in our privacy notice. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information, such as health information about an athlete, until we have agreed how to handle it. If you send us ideas or suggestions without an agreement, we may use them freely and owe you nothing for them.

If you believe something on this website infringes your copyright, write to hello@amnord.com with “Copyright” in the subject. Tell us what the work is, where on this website you found the material, and how to reach you. We will review it promptly and remove or correct anything that infringes.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement.

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part straight away, we are not giving it up. These terms, with our privacy notice, are the whole agreement between you and us about this website.
