Privacy notice for this website
Last updated: October 2026
This website collects very little. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts, has no forms and loads nothing from other companies. This notice explains the little that is collected, why, and your rights.
Who we are
This website is run by Amnord Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at Plot No. Gen-4/1, 13th Floor, Building Q2, Aurum Q Parc, Thane Belapur Road, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai 400701, India (“we”, “us”). We decide why and how the personal data described here is used, so we are the controller (in India’s terms, the data fiduciary).
For anything about your personal data, write to hello@amnord.com.
What we collect
Technical logs, when you visit a page
- What
- Your IP address, the time, the page requested, and your browser’s name and version. Our hosting provider records this automatically, as every web host does.
- Why
- To keep the website secure, running and free of abuse. We do not use it to identify or profile you.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) of the EU and UK GDPR). Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 this is technical processing needed to run and secure the website.
- Kept for
- A limited period set by our hosting provider, then removed.
When you email or call us
- What
- Your name, email address or phone number, your organisation if you tell us, and what you write or say.
- Why
- To answer you, and to follow up on your enquiry, a partnership, a study or a media request.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in answering you, or taking steps you ask for before an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the EU and UK GDPR). Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you give us the data voluntarily for this purpose (section 7(a)).
- Kept for
- Until 12 months after our last message to each other, unless an agreement or the law requires us to keep it longer. Then we delete it.
We do not collect anything else. There are no accounts, forms, newsletters, comment sections or payments on this website. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It uses no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no social-media buttons and no embedded maps or videos. Its fonts and images are served from our own host. Because of this, there is no cookie banner to accept.
Who else sees it
Only our team, and two providers that handle data for us under data processing terms:
- Hostinger, our website hosting provider, which keeps the technical logs.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365), which provides our email, so your emails to us pass through it.
We never sell personal data, and we never share it for advertising. We may disclose it if a court or authority legally requires us to.
Data sent abroad
We are based in India. Our hosting and email providers run servers in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires safeguards for this, we rely on those the law recognises, such as standard contractual clauses in our providers’ data processing terms.
How long we keep it
The periods are in “What we collect” above. In short: technical logs for a limited period set by our host, and enquiries until 12 months after the last message. We delete data sooner if you ask us to and no legal reason requires us to keep it.
How we protect it
This website is a set of static pages with no database, no forms and no login, so there is no stored visitor data to leak. Every connection uses HTTPS, and the website sends security headers that tell your browser not to run scripts or load outside content. Email is protected by our provider’s standard security. If a breach affecting your personal data ever happens, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
This website is for adults, such as coaches, sports organisations and researchers. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under the EU and UK GDPR, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data;
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to its use;
- withdraw consent, where we rely on it (this does not affect what we did before);
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you (India).
Write to hello@amnord.com. We may need to check who you are first. We answer within 30 days. There is no charge unless a request is clearly unreasonable.
Questions and complaints
Please write to us first at hello@amnord.com with “Privacy” in the subject, and we will do our best to put it right. Our grievance contact for privacy matters is the same address. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority:
- India: the Data Protection Board of India (after you have raised the matter with us);
- the EU: the authority in the country where you live or work;
- the United Kingdom: the Information Commissioner’s Office;
- Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Our products
Our products have their own privacy notices, which explain what each one collects: Athnord and Shoot Gold. This notice covers only amnord.com.
Changes
If this notice changes, we update it here and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have given us, we will tell you directly where we can.
