Amnord Technologies presented Shoot Gold at the international conference on talent identification and athlete development at the Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports in Patiala. The Sports Authority of India organised the conference with support from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.
Recognising potential is where athlete development begins. What matters next is the support an athlete receives across seasons, from the first selection to the biggest competitions.
